Seismic Design Competition, opportunities available from $500-$5,000

The Student Leadership Council (SLC), a group of volunteer graduate students, is organizing the 13th annual Seismic Design Competition (SDC) for undergraduate students. The SDC advances the SLC's mission to provide opportunities for undergraduates to develop leadership and interpersonal skills, and to have practical experience and exposure within the earthquake engineering fields. Donations subsidize the cost to students to participate in the SDC, breakfast and lunch during two days of presentations and shaking, coffee breaks, and the costs incurred by the SLC to organize the competition.
